Home Movies: US Soldier in Iraq - A Day In The Life

1st Infantry Division on patrol in Iraq

If you have a broadband connection then the above link will play a 8+ minutes home movie showing a typical day for a soldier in Iraq.

The first part shows a foot patrol through a small city in south-central Iraq. The second half shows them practicing on a firing range. The Iraqis patroling with them (in the brown uniforms) are Iraqi Civil Defense Corps.

There is no editing, narration or commentary. It is just straight video of what happened.
